Summer 2009 was a busy one here at the RiteCare Clinic. We offered five different therapy groups focusing on the differing needs of our students. In addition to our successful phonology sessions, we offered grammar and language development sessions this year. Similar to past years, each day was planned around a theme based on a particular sound pattern or language concept.  The day began with large group circle time then transitioned to three smaller learning group stations.  After station time, we had snacks relating to our theme (e.g., spider cookies for “sp” week). Next we headed outside for some fun theme-based activities. We closed the day with a review of our therapy targets.  We are currently planning new groups for Summer 2010.  Please check our calendar for related dates.
